Some of our team members aren't very sporty. Will they manage?
Absolutely. Our team building is designed as a pleasant walk through Antwerp — no running, no canals to swim across. The route covers around 3–4 km over roughly 2 hours, on flat pavements at your own pace. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels — we regularly run events with participants aged 18 to 65.
Our team is very international and diverse. Will Treasure Hunt Antwerp work?
Diverse and international teams are exactly what Treasure Hunt Antwerp was designed for. Every player brings something different — analytical thinking, creativity, local knowledge or sheer determination. We run the game in English, Dutch, French and German, and mixed-language groups are absolutely no problem. Antwerp is one of Belgium's most international cities — we're very used to it.
What is the minimum and maximum number of participants?
The minimum is 9 participants; there is no fixed maximum — we have run events for over 300 people at once. The ideal team size is 3–6 people. For large events we deploy multiple Game Masters working in coordination so rankings and results remain shared.
What if it rains? (This is Belgium after all.)
We don't let the weather stop us. Many teams tell us their rainy Antwerp hunt was the most memorable event they've ever had. You can also cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the event.
How long does the event last?
A standard event lasts 2 to 3 hours — including briefing, the game and the closing ceremony. It fits perfectly as part of a broader company day. Popular format: meet & briefing (20 min) → Treasure Hunt through Antwerp (1.5–2 h) → winner ceremony at a city-centre venue (30 min).
How much does it cost?

Can the game be customised to our company?
Yes. We offer full customisation — branded materials with your company logo, activities tied to your company values and a company quiz built around your products, history or internal culture. Customisation requires at least 3 weeks' notice.
How does booking work?
Very simple. You send us an enquiry or call — we need the number of people, a date and any preferences. We prepare a tailored proposal. When it looks good, you confirm. No deposit — payment after the event. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
